The hot tub and pool area were kept nice. The hotel staff was really nice.

The smell of the room was off putting, and the giant rip in ottoman made the room feel trashy. Trying to find room 342 was confusing and I think I walked by rooms the hotel staff reside in because there were doors opened and work boots placed outside in the walkway. It’s fine if the staff live there, it was just awkward as a guest walking through areas the staff reside when I’m paying to stay there. It didn’t feel clean and kept up.

"We ended up not staying. We ate the charge that we paid and just went somewhere else."

The staff were professional and organized.

The location was uncomfortable, the room had a strong odor and did not match the quality in the pictures at all. Will not be returning.
