Bed was really hard

We loved the location and the free breakfast, which was convenient and tasty. Both young man at the front desk were lovely and friendly Comfy beds and great stay.

Absolutely nothing

The safety was the main issue and the amenities promised were not provided. Upon arrival the bathroom had visible buildup and was not well kept with there being evident dirt from the prior tenants. The sheets were also not clean and appeared to be soiled with stains from prior tenants. Aside from that the stairways and walkways leading to the entryway of the rooms had substantial gaps, large enough for a child to get seriously hurt with, not to mention the door lock on the room provided was broken off as though it had been kicked in. When these issues were brought up to the employees present in the lobby, they were unhelpful and unempathetic, we were traveling with a small child and her safety was compromised, their response was simply that there were other rooms but not available to us. The parking lot was unkept with debris and various mysterious liquid. The pool and hot tub IN THE LISTING was bone dry so therefore unavailable. We booked in advance and none of the information provided in our booking was even reviewed, as our requests and general booking info was completely unknown to the front desk upon check in. Overall it was a very unpleasant stay, the comfort of the environment was the only thing worse than the comfort of the room and beds themselves. Considering it was similarly priced to many better options in the area I’m extremely disappointed.

Freundliches Personal. Sauberes Zimmer mit zwei bequemen Queensize-Betten. Das Frühstück war dem Preis entsprechend ok. Das gesamte Grundstück war überraschend gut gepflegt.

Nichts. Alles bestens.
