I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The room was not clean upon arrival. The sheets had visible stains, and even worse, there was food found in between the sheets. That is completely unacceptable for any hotel standard. I also attempted to address this issue by reaching out to the manager multiple times via text and email, but it has now been three weeks with no response. Every time I call the hotel, I’m told the manager is not available. It is extremely frustrating and unprofessional to be unable to get in contact with management for this long. This lack of accountability is unacceptable.

The night shift receptionist was very cordial and sweet, he provided all information that we needed.

The room was so small even to be a jr suit, the room was so dirty, a lot of cigarettes behind the couch, the rum had dust in the bed and wallsand behind of sofa. Not soap to shower and not enough towels and toilet paper for 3 days stay. They didnt refill the breakfast, I asked for yogurt and just said ia over and thats it. Definitely I wont stay in that hotel any more. And I have to say that I paid areound $250 a night o more for 0 star hotel

Bed was comfortable.

Carpets need cleaned. Kept stepping in sticky mess in my room. A/c didnt work right in our room but at midnight they did give us a different room. The $300 deposit is rediculous.

"Sucked due to staff being unprofessional"

Front deck check in person. Lied about many things. There was pay at facility option but called 30 minutes after booked demanding payment. Lied about deposit. Got text at 9am starting check out at 11am. I know when check out is. I there to rest and sleep not be bugged by hotel staff at 9am

Rooms, staff, we're great.

Breakfast was not great. Fortunately, there are good diners nearby. AC seemed to be on a timer or something, and three thermostat required frequent reset.
