This hotel is south of Dayton and near Springboro. It was clean and well equipped with towels, TV. Not a fancy place but it was clean and was reasonably priced. My room did not have a walk-in shower. It had a tub with a shower. The breakfast was the traditional Holiday Inn type.

The room was fine, but absolutely freezing when we arrived. Would have been nice had the hotel turned on the heat prior to our arrival. Breakfast was just not good. Eggs and gravy were way too salty and inedible. Bagels were rock hard.

The hall - 3rd floor- smelled like smoke and the heater did not function properly in room 315. We awoke to a room that had to be 80 degrees. The next night it wouldn't heat. The breakfast area was well stocked and clean. The young lady at the front desk was very friendly.

Easy parking and very close to Interstate 75. Walmart, McDonald’s, CVS pharmacy at walkable distance. Breakfast option acceptable . Room was spacious and clean. The only problem is noise from nearby Interstate especially as construction was ongoing at night
