Holiday Inn Express Devils Lake by IHG

Miriah at front desk was so friendly and welcoming.

Night manager, Cody was an awesome representative. He took care of us the way it should be. We had to change rooms because it was filthy pubic hairs in the bed and the bathroom sink.

It is in a prime location for traveling. I expected the same standards kept by many Holiday Express' I've stayed in previously. I was disappointed with this one. It needs some repairs. I noticed and stained carpets inbthe hallways. Stained carpet in my room.the walls in my room had paint primer on a seam on the ceiling and the drywall tape was coming off. The bathroom door had visible wear at the bottom and exposing bare wood. The furnishings all had visible signs of extreme wear. The sofa was so old that when anyone sat in it, it felt like you were nearly sitting on the floor. One good thing, the beds were comfy. I dont recommend staying at this hotel. It would be such a great place to stay if it was properly maintained

unclean, torn carpets, poor condition, only changed towels…room was dirty from previous…breakfast was awful…potatoes, bacon, no eggs…for the brand name and money, I would go elsewhere…same hotel and chain: Holiday Inn Express Minot is WAY BETTEr

Parking lot and access could be better but overall stay was good.

This hotel is a good choice for the area.

Pool was dirty and hot tube was half full and dirty

Paint falling off the wall in the the bathroom with mold on the walls in spots. Large hair ball in the corner of the bathroom.
