We had a great time!!!

Just needs more detailed cleaning and a fresh paint and carpet.

Breakfast included. Nathan at the front desk was very helpful

Air conditioner would not accept anything other than its original setting. Fridge made a high-pitched noise that sounded to me like a distant fire alarm.

Nice staff. Great beds. Very good breakfast.

The stay was good. The room could definitely be cleaned better but the bed was clean at least.

I arrived really late at night from Amtrak. Staff worked with me to make sure my reservation was in place and helped me check in before I arrived.

We have stayed here for the past few years for our annual family reunion that is held out in Graham's Island. The room was fine upon our arrival, but if you are expecting anything to be done during the week you will be sadly mistaken. I know some hotels have gone to an every other day cleaning/replenishing schedule although nothing was posted at this hotel about that. We booked our stay for 5 nights. On Day 3, the garbage was emptied and we got a few new towels but that was it. The bed was not made, the shampoo and conditioner as well as hand soap were not replaced. When my husband went down that night, the man at the front desk was very apologetic and gave us some new supplies. On Day 5, they didn't even come into our room. So no garbage taken out, no new towels, no shampoo or conditioner, no hand soap, and no new toilet paper rolls. Again, my husband went down to the front desk and the same man was at the front desk and was very pleasant. I had to laugh because they had a a sign by the tv with a QR code on it to scan to provide a tip. Seriously? A tip for what??? We were very disappointed with the lack of service to the room this trip. We are looking at other options for next year.

Great place to rest, safe. Clean. Good breakfast. It’s a Holiday Inn, so no surprises.

Property a bit run down. Bathtub drain plugged. Breakfast had good offerings and was okay. Staff were very good, friendly. Exterior shrubs needed trimming.

My family had a wonderful stay. Good room, good breakfast, wonderful clean warm pool.
