The Landmark

Checked into a suite that reeked of mold and mildew. The property had us call you and you called the property. Nobody would do anything for us. Very nice reception clerk but couldn't help. Night manager gentleman was very rude. Next morning finally got the rooms manager and after some haggling she arranged to have us moved. Then took four more hours to get the room cleaned. Chris the housekeeping supervisor was very nice but it should have happened quicker.

Great location, garage entrance via elevator. There is tea and coffee in the lobby, right next to the exit is a convince store. The free bus stop for Vail is right around the corner. There is a tennis court. Special thanks to the staff at the front desk. Her name is Naigira. She greeted me very well, told me everything, helped me check in quickly. She answered all my questions with a smile.

It's better to have good coffee machine for this high level property

The unit was exceptional, highly recommended.

The condo was big, clean, and in a perfect location.

Nice stay. The room was nice but the bed was small. The hotel did say they would move us to a room with a queen bed but we had unpacked and declined

Location was great Loved the ski locker access

The lights in the kitchen had issues
