The Landmark

The girl who checked us in was very rude. It was like pulling teeth to get the most basic information from her. When I tried to use the elevator I couldn’t get it to work. Luckily someone pushed the button on the outside and the door opened. The girl happened to be by the elevator and I told her what happened. Instead of having some empathy for what happened, she said that everyone knows how to use their card!

We really liked this property. The only drawback is that we reserved a room on a higher floor looking out at the village but they gave us a room on the 2nd floor overlooking the pool? When I inquired, they told me they were booked solid so they couldn't give us the room we reserved originally. Seemed odd. Regardless, we still had a great time at The Landmark. We enjoyed the hot tubs, the dining options, it was great to be right next to the stores as well. Location is perfect. The unit we stayed in turned out to be very nice, just not what we had planned on but we would stay here again.

location. newly renovated. clean. no clutter. pool. Staff took trash daily and replaced dirty towels.

no air conditioning. no makeup mirrors in bathrooms.
