Das Essen war ausgezeichnet und das Personal außerordentlich freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und waren besonders von der Hilfsbereitschaft des gesamten Teams begeistert. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den Barchef, der sehr nett, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend war. Insgesamt hat uns alles sehr gut gefallen – absolut empfehlenswert!

Was uns weniger gut gefallen hat, war, dass wir im Wellnessbereich ab 17 Uhr keine Getränke mehr konsumieren konnten. Das bedeutete für uns, dass wir zuerst auf das Zimmer gehen mussten, um uns umzuziehen, dann wieder nach unten, um etwas zu trinken, und anschließend wieder zurück aufs Zimmer, um erneut in den Wellnessbereich zu gehen. Dies empfanden wir als etwas umständlich und für ein Fünf-Sterne-Hotel nicht ganz angemessen.

Wir waren das dritte Mal dort und wie immer muss ich das Personal sehr loben. Es sind alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen ist toll, es ist sehr ruhig und der Wellnessbereich bietet alles, was man sich wünschen kann. Die Zimmer sind schön, die Betten bequem und das Badezimmer sehr sauber und modern

Beim Frühstück hätte ich mir einen Matcha ihr eine etwas umfangreichere Auswahl an glutenfreien Alternativen gewünscht.
