Top Lage

Bei 4 Sternen hätten wir uns über Shampoo / Conditioner & Bodylotion gefreut. Der Ventilator im Duschbad hatte eine sehr hohe Laufstärke und ging nicht separat abzustellen. Am 24. 12. um 15 Uhr kam das Personal in unser Zimmer obwohl wir halbnackt im Bett lagen. Anstatt eines Sorry kam die Hausdame auch noch an unser Bett um uns Schokolade übers Bett hinweg zu überreichen. Das war unglaublich aber wahr und geht einfach gar nicht. Mehr Diskretion wäre schöner gewesen.

Wunderschönes Hotel, einladend weihnachtlich geschmückt. Freundlicher Empfang, bequemes Bett, sehr sauberes Zimmer und gutes Frühstück. Schöne Atmosphäre. Ich hatte als alleinreisende Frau ein sicheres Gefühl.

Es war nichts zu beanstanden.

Mooie kamer, we reisden met 2 honden en kregen een gelijkvloerse kamer met tuintje, er waren 2 kussens, eet-en drinkbakken voorzien. Lekker ontbijt. Heel mooie ligging aan de Rijn met veel groen in de omgeving en wandelmogelijkheden. Centrum Keulen zeer vlot bereikbaar met de U- en S-Bahn.
