We loved everything about our stay. Firstly the staff are amazing. Nothing was ever as problem and they were always happy to help with any queries and bookings and allowed us late checkout due to flight issues. View from the junior suite was amazing. Bed was extremely comfortable and breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Pool was too cold for us but was sparkling clean. We are well travelled and must say this was a fantastic stay and would highly recommend.

The personell at reception or anywhere in the hotel was extremly friendly, helpfull and very sevice oriented. The breakfast is also recommended.

Das Personal ist ausnehmend freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen und variiert täglich. Man ist schnell im schönen Stadtzentrum mit vielen guten Restaurants. Der Pool und der Freizeitraum sind gepflegt. Nachts ist es auch an der Straßenseite ruhig. Tolles Preisleistungsverhältnis. Von Castellammare erreicht man viele attraktive Ziele in kurzer Zeit.
