"TV Use Difficult"

The staff, Dashaun and David (on desk, pm and am) were great. They were pleasant and helpful. Both had to come to my room to turn on my live TV. Your TV remote system is ridiculously absurd and difficult for a non techy senior. Staying in a hotel after a 10 hr drive is not supposed to be frustrating. You need to come up w a better system than 2 remotes. You needed both .

The TV remote system. I t will ensure I don't stay at this hotel again although all else was fine.

"Great hotel with great staff."

The location was great and the staff were wonderful. They went above and beyond to help me find my phone.

Breakfast was ok, but would have preferred options of regular as well as turkey sausage.
