Fairfield Inn & Suites Cookeville

Staff was rude and the room was dirty and musty smelling. Would not recommend this place to anyone.front desk clerks was sitting in the counter w8th her feet up on the counter not very professional

Hotel was very nice and clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. We were disappointed that the heater for the pool was apparently not working so the pool was too cold to enjoy. This was one of the main things we had looked forward to when booking. Overall, tho, we still had a good experience.

It was clean

The indoor pool was very cold. When I asked what the temperature was the guy said 80 degrees but it definitely was not. The room keys wouldn’t work to let us back in from the pool. We had to go back to the front desk to get keys that worked. However they did offer for us to walk next door to use their pool. LOL!

I had to find a hotel at the last minute because my mother-in-law got admitted to the hospital. I made a mistake with my booking and reserved the next night. The employee at the front desk was very friendly and was able to find a room that was available for me.

This was the best breakfast we’ve ever had at a motel with the crust less spinach quiche and pork sausage patties The breakfast area was inviting as was the inclosed pool. The carpet throughout looked new and was clean and artistic

Cons - Bathroom was dirty, had hairs on the counter, dirty shoeprints on the floor, and the tub was dirty. Bed headboard had stuff all over it and room was humid and had a smell. Pros - Bed was comfortable, staff was nice, and breakfast was good, parking lot was extremely well-lit so felt safe arriving at night.
