The hotel is close to the city center which is lovely. You can find restaurants, bars, shops and gardens near by. You also have public transport really close. The staff in the reception are lovely. The communal facilities are pretty.

The cleaning of the room is not good. The room also needs matenance. The curtains had stains. The bathroom, there was toothpaste in the sink. The shower head was full of limestone and also the bathroom door. The glass also is not fit properly so when you have a shower all the water comes out. The lights in mirror have rust and the hair dryer was full of dust. The mattress was too soft for me but for my husband was ok. Now, this was not the worst part. We went to pool area. No signs in the walls so you sort of need to guess everything. The lockers in the pool area didn't work so we had to take our stuff to the pool. When my husband entered the pool using the stairs, he slipped in the stairs and cut if foot in the stairs. We had to request assistance from the reception with the first aid kit to treat the wound. Unfortunately we had booked this hotel exactly to be able to use the pool and unfortunately this happened.
