Staybridge Suites Allentown West by IHG

Good value. Check in was easy and pleasant. The person working was very friendly and accommodating. Small pool but nice and clean. I can’t wait to see how breakfast goes which they said starts at 7:30am.

The staff at this property were absolutely amazing from the point of checking in and out. The room was spacious and clean, the breakfast options were really good, and the staff made me and my family of 5 feel very welcome and at home

Outstanding hotel! Staff is welcoming, pleasant and very helpful. Breakfast was very good. I love having a full-size fridge and freezer. The room is large and comfy, and I loved being able to spread out. I highly recommend this hotel!

My wife and i checked in early, around 1pm and the staff was very welcoming. Our room was amazing with fridge, well actually a whole kitchen!! Very reasonable cost to stay here and you get a clean room with a kitchen. We loved it.

We have stayed at this property twice in the past and it was wonderful! This time was terrible. Check in with Jose was great, he was friendly and welcoming. Our room however was not clean. There was something spilled on the bathroom floor, mold in the shower, the furniture was filthy and tired looking and the bed was sloppily made. We had kids above us that made a lot of noise all night and kept us up. Sadly we won’t be staying here again. This hotel went downhill quickly.

Typically we search for Holiday Inn Express hotels but due to bad weather we had to change our route. We chose Staybridge Suites Allentown West and were blown away with how comfortable, clean and quiet the hotel was. Will definitely look forward to a future stay at a Staybridge Suites hotel! The only thing missing was HIE cinnamon rolls.

Place is safe for families, Wawas is very close by, the place is very clean and up to date.

Shower liner had boogers on it. Couldn’t close the window shades in any room.

The room was very comfortable and spacious.

Although this hotel needs updating, the desk personnel and the manager during our September 11th thru 14th visit were absolutely a cut above. I would compare them to guest accommodating personnel at 5 star hotels; I would even say more friendly. The breakfast was good, and the area was kept clean and stocked by both a young woman AND the manager. Also, we were quite disturbed during our last 2 nights by person right above us who had just checked in. We did complain to the desk clerks who passed this on to the manager. During our checkout, the manager acknowledged our complaint, apologized, and without hesitation compensated us for our restless nights. Only because of this manager and the personnel behind the desk would we stay here again. Needless to say, we left with a pleasant feeling in spite of the sleepless nights.
