Розташування надзвичайно зручне, можна добратися усюди пішки. Номери красиві і зручні, персонал дуже дружелюбний. Окремо задоволена тим, що в номерах були балкони, з вікон гарний вид.

Сніданок не входив в вартість наших номерів, і окремо оплачувати було задорого. В одному з номерів був сильний поганий запах з каналізації.

Гарне розташування та смачний ресторан

Працівниця на рецепції досить неприємна. Коли з нею розмовляли, паралельно говорила по телефону. Коли запитали, чи можна зробити зранку каву, бо виїзд до сніданку, почала сміятися. Зранку виізджали, охоронець був наче не тверезий. Дуже дивний персонал рецепції. Спортили все враження від гарного готелю. Рекомендації : 1. Зайнятися навчанням персоналу. 2. Додати опцію реалізації кави, не залежно від старту сніданку.

Готель розташований недалеко від площі Ринок-15 хвилин пішки. Затишний спокійний район. В номері чисто, є халати, тапочки. Абсолютно не було чути сусідів по номерах. Персонал дуже привітний. Сніданки різноманітні в ресторані на восьмому поверсі з видом на місто.

Не дуже швидкий інтернет. На сніданку капучино з автомату було майже холодне, але знайшла вихід - розігрівати для мене в мікрохвильовці.
