Really nothing.

1. The outside door to the hotel with key card locked out. It was broken. No notice during a hail storm and t shirt to quick run out to the car. 2. Shower tile cut my foot and made it bleed. Unfortunately the tile was uneven and edged where it sliced my foot open. 3. The front door closed but not even close to safe. The dead bolt didn't lock properly. 4. She has red dots on her body. Not sure if it's allergies or bed bugs. We did take the precautions and bagged our luggage. 5. We did ask if the park was open for telescope and dark park. As we were interested in the last part of the meteor shower and a new Newton I was itching to try. They were closed for winter upon arrival. 6. The room was very musty and resulted in a short sickness and respiratory issues. I believe from the air conditioner or heater on a wall mount was the only air available. It smelled of flea powder and chew spit. We walked by the pool but chose not to swim. For almost $200 a night I would like some sort of refund.

Terrible staff, rooms weren’t cleaned properly, there was a moldy smell coming from the bathroom. Entrance was not salted and ended up slipping. The manager never apologized or contacted me at all. Worst hotel ever, I do not recommend staying there.

Great people throughout the property and very very clean
