Nautilus Dome

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon in Fira. We had the loveliest time, Marcos and his employees were so accommodating and kind. Marcos always made sure to respond to emails and calls when we were not around- he made sure the staff looked after us and even helped us with a later check out since our flight was in the evening! We were well taken care of. They offer pick up and drop off to the airport/ferry for a surcharge and pick up drop off to Fira free of charge! Anytime we needed something, Marcos’ team made sure it was handled. My personal favorite was Michael- a sweet man who kept us smiling throughout our vacation. Very smart, super caring and accommodating without even having to ask. He would carry our heavy luggages back and forth with no complaints. And always came to our rescue! The final thing I will say is that the new person, Nectario is a bit younger than the rest of the staff and much more chatty and made unnecessary comments about our plans, went on and on about his own experiences and how tired he was working there overnight, and was a little nosy when we were simply trying to relax together. Perhaps that’s something that can be worked on.

Great hotel with fantastic and helpful staff. Large room, with sitting area as well as bed (with was comfy). Small fridge too. Good strong air conditioning. Excellent strong rain shower in a cool looking stone shower stall. Nice pool. Wonderful view over the caldera from across the street (or roof top terrace!). Staff really tried to do anything needed to make it a good stay. The free ability to request a driver to take you into Fira and then just call for a pickup was amazing. Transfers from the ferry terminal were good too. Yes, Santorini is touristy, but it is *absolutely* worth seeing.

The staff at this place was absolutely AMAZING!! Friendly, helpful and all around a good time. They made sure to help us find places to eat and see, and provided shuttle to and from Fira (only a 3-5 min drive) as well as an early airport transfer.

Amazing. Great place, GREAT staff, very friendly. Everything is exceptionally clean no matter where you go in or around the hotel. Perfect spot to watch the sun rise and set. We would definitely come back.

Our stay at Nautilus Dome was a great experience! The staff is super friendly and very welcoming. Definitely would recommend staying here when visiting Santorini!

What a wonderful hotel! Customer service was spectacular! We were able to check in earlier than expected. Reception went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. Location is fantastic! The rooms are clean and spacious with a beautiful view! Totally recommend!

Excellent service

Clean, comfortable, and quiet! Our room was spacious, the bed comfy, and the hot water plentiful. What more could we want? But wait, it gtes better: The pool is big and has a full service bar with poolside service! It's a cool place to hang and swim some laps. The rooftop offers panaramic views of the caldera and the spectacular sunsets. Although there is no restaurant, they offer free delivery from Tobasco's (good and very reasonably priced) and the free shuttle into Firo. The manager Marcos runs a tight ship and made sure that our every need was met promptly and professionally. Nectavios (Nick) was always willing to make us specility cocktails (delicious!) and Michael was always ready to drive us into town, usually on short notice. I enthusiastically recommend the Nautilus Dome for a pleasant and more affordable stay in Santorini. Thank you, Marcos. You and your staff deserve 5 Stars!

Loved the look of the hotel and its location. Fantastic views if a little noisy with our room being on the roadside.. Would have liked some comfy chairs to sit on ,outside on our verandah.
