Best Western Galleria Inn & Suites

Breakfast was good, staff was great, room was clean, and parking was close and convenient. The only negative is there was no fan in the bathroom.

We didn’t end up staying, we asked for a refund after checking the room out. The AC was humming and clicking, the room was outdated, it reeked of marijuana. I just couldn’t stay there. We asked for a refund and the front end lady was more than happy to coordinate that but we have yet to even receive our money.

This place is located in an older area which I was okay with, it was only 1 mile from the people I was visiting. The restaurant located next to the hotel has closed down. The hotel is clean and in good shape. I arrived 1.5 hours before the 3:00 PM check-in time, my room was ready and they allowed me to check in early. I was happy about them allow me to check in early since I just drove 6 hours.

Location to what I was there for. Staff was cool.

I liked that the hotel was right by the highway, rooms were decently decorated and clean, didn’t have high expectations but was satisfied for our one night stay.

My room was completly dirty when I had gotten inside, toothpaste on the wall, the light above the sink didn’t even have a switch. The bed spread was filthy. They ended up giving me another room, but it was a little better w the light switch in the bathroom. But the shower was dirty hair from the last people on the wall and floor in the shower. Plus the pictures that they have on here they lied. The pool was completely empty w no water in it. And for breakfast they were out of orange juice and had no fruit.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, welcoming and accommodating. The location was not terrible. Breakfast was good, fully stocked and ready to go first thing in the morning. Access to rooms was easy to locate and read. Good water pressure in the shower

The building could use some updating, the room was dingy and had a mildew smell. The doors had large gaps and the AC did not work. The lights were not bright in the room only in the bathroom. The halls were dirty. The hot tub was not available even though it was listed in the advertisement as well as the pool was very disappointed in no hot tub.
