Cheaper than many alternatives. Parking was convenient.

Given room and key only to find maid just starting to clean - I got another room. Doors slam shut unless one gently shuts - could disturb sleepers. Only one elevator in use; apparently the other elevator has been out for at least five months, according to another guest who stayed there then.
