Electrical outlet at the sink- hairdryer would not stay plugged in well.

I felt deceived, the location did not meet the expectations the photos on booking advertised. Due to that we decided to check the mattress. It had pee stains, little orange things and little black spots. My daughter had a towel shoved back behind the bed and the fridge was pretty filthy. When it was addressed and asked to change rooms we got told to go stay somewhere else and there would be no refund because we are not allowed to check the mattress for bed bugs. So I paid for that room and then had to go rent another one “which was better, suggested by quality in employee” A person that was with me forget something in the room and the location ignores her attempts to make contact. I would never return to this location.
USWe were there to visit some of the Amish family’s in Ethridge. Hotel is 10-15 minutes from ethridge which is awesome
The water for bathing wasn’t very hot
USMy room was very clean. Breakfast had a good variety of choices. The staff was friendly.

Beds were very uncomfortable and hot even with the ac on high, room was never cleaned the entire 2 full days that we stayed, had to ask for clean bath towels. Lobby smelled like moth balls. Shower drain was stopped up.
The staff and the location were great plenty of things to do around you and the staff was very friendly and helpful
