"Luxury Escape. "

The staff is as high quality as I have experienced anywhere - Paris, London, LA, NYC, Rome, Tokyo etc etc- any 5 Star. Room as well as entire complex immaculate. Cannot say enough about the staff hospitality, responsiveness, Spa fantastic - amazing massages. Heads up - good news, bad news - lot of stairs. Covid in the way of better directions and explanations of services and locations. But staff around every corner.

If your looking for a place to relax, enjoy the the pool, and avoid crowds, this is the place to be. Staff was friendly and hospitable. Place is clean, and staff where masks at all times.

Cal de Mar is like paradise, the place and surroundings are amazing. Staff is very courteous and attentive to detail. Unfortunately the service in restaurants is very slow, and there are a few details related to housekeeping and general maintenance that need looking into. Additionally, the prices of wines is ridiculously high. I understand mark-ups, but in this case it was too much.
