It was a bit old

It was a very convenient location close to the highway and close to multiple restaurants

The jacuzzi tub in room 103 some of the jets weren’t working and then it clearly had not been throughly cleaned

We had to go buy bed pillows and cases because the property was using rectangular shaped toss pillows for the king size bed. Building exterior needs updating. Bizarre bathroom mirror with terrible lighting. No evidence of a smoke detector in room.

It was convenient to where we were going. It had good AC and hot water.

We checked in and they didn't have our reservation. When k showed them the confirmation, they gave me a key to a room that was already occupied. They then told me that I already checked in. I said it was impossible because I just arrived.

Not much. Shower was nice except for the spider.

Room smelled of smoke from neighboring rooms. Bedding was thin and threadbare. Lack of pillows ( 3, that were flat and too small) for a king size bed. AC fan not working resulting in a muggy room. No safety lock on door. Large gap at bottom of door. No staff available at check out.

Very clean

Everything was perfect , just didn’t like the sink it was clogged up , other than that it’s a fancy sink very nice.
