"Intrusive staff and zero privacy!"

I was publicly harassed by the breakfast manager about the amount of food I was consuming, with claims that management is actively monitoring guest plates. Being "watched" and then shamed in front of other customers is unacceptable. This property has failed basic hospitality standards. Intrusive, unprofessional, and judgmental. Avoid if you value privacy and a welcoming environment.

The receptionists were nice. And the location was good for me.

The floors were extremely dusty and the mirrors were dirty. The bathroom wasn’t well cleaned as well.

"Our Friday was perfect our Saturday was a nightmare"

The hotel itself is a wonderful stay I won’t speak for all staff and say there bad but front desk needs to take action when there customers are being loud and obnoxious and waking up other guests. Called and complained twice and nothing came of it the other room was loud all night so we just had to tolerate it

Love the bathroom set up

Not being able to park close to the entrance….And being all the way on the end ….. Kept hearing the door slam most of the day and night .
