Robin saved our evening after booking dropped the ball, excellent rooms and service. One of the nicest hotels during our 10 day trip.

Our room was clean and well organized. The A/C worked. Yay. Breakfast was a little leaner than we are used to but good enough to get back on the road. Robin at the front desk was super great and informative! Thanks Robin!

We checked I with Robin. She was so pleasant and inviting not to mention accommodating with our late arrival. Robin quickly got us keys to our room. Her hospitality was greatly appreciated after a long day to traveling.

Front desk check-in staff was very friendly but the computer system was having some issues so the check-in took longer than it should have

First time staying at a Spark hotel and won’t be our last! The hotel was clean and inviting with multiple hangout spaces for people of all ages. Coffee, tea bags, and hot water were available 24 hours with a simple continental breakfast provided each morning. Microwave and fridge were in the room. Our kids enjoyed the indoor swimming pool. The staff were great, and were happy to accommodate anything we needed from extra towels, blanket for the pull out couch, and even complimentary water bottles for the room upon our arrival and for the road when we checked out. We stayed three nights and both clerks were helpful, but I only got the name of one. Robin was friendly and made sure we felt welcomed!

Good staff, good facility

The room was extremely clean. I liked the personalized welcome message on the TV. The AC unit worked great and was not overly loud. I also found the shower and bathroom to be excellent. I was not impressed with the free breakfast.
