Town House Motel Inc

This was one of the worst motels I have been in. It smelled so moldy, We asked for another room but it was no better. Brought back some room spray to be able to sleep. Slept on top of the bedspread. Too afraid to pull back the sheets. One tiny bar of soap in the bathroom. The breakfast is warm Sunny D and package pastries. Don't stay here

It smelled disgusting and my room looked nothing like the picture I picked. Staff is nice. And coffee shop in parking lot makes the best coffee

I was pretty disappointed with this facility. Although I knew that I wasn't booking a 5 star motel I expected things to at least work properly. Jetted tub didn't work well and the TV didn't work at all. It would come on but I couldn't change channels either by remote or manually. Because it was extremely late, or should I say early wee hours of the morning, when I attempted to watch TV, I didn't feel like contacting the management about it was appropriate.The complimentary breakfast was a joke! Cold cereal and burnt coffee, yum. Secondly, I was down in Longview for a funeral and some fellow attendees decided to stay in town at the last minute so I suggested they stay where I was staying as well since the rates where fairly reasonable. When we got there however the desk clerk refused to give them the rates that are posted on Expedia and charged them $20.00 more then they should have been charged in my opinion. I could have chosen several places to stay for what she charged them, including the Red Lion Inn where some of the other funeral attendees stayed. Never again will I give my money to this motel.

We reserved a deluxe room but their was nothing deluxe about it. The room had a weird odor had to spray deodorant to cover it up. The beds were uncomfortable. WiFi did not work. Not hot water it was just lukewarm. The property have a noisy road on 2 sides of it and a McDonald if front of it very noisy. Should have slept in the car but we had 2 kids with us

The site said in room coffee and there wasn't any. I had to go ask for in ice bucket and then they locked to ice machine. The next morning it was unlocked so I got some ice. Went back a little later and it was locked again. It is right across the parking lot from McDonald's which is kind of convenient but there was a lot of undesirable people just hanging out. The price was cheap but I guess you get what you pay for. I won't be coming back.

This is a budget stay, but the bed was very comfortable, the shower good, the TV great with Cable, and the Wifi better than the third world quality most American hotels offer. It is not fancy, but when travelling is actually a nicer stay than expected.

For a place to sleep for the night it was OK. The bed was not bad and I slept well. Breakfast? well I wouldn't consider it breakfast. I've paid more for less.

This is the worse motel I have stayed at first they offer free wi-fi it didn't work then the shower leak called office they ask if we wanted them to come fix it well duh but it still leaked then they call us to find out if we are checking out & when we did check out had wait for the lady to inspect the room before we got our $10 deposit back which we never got told about til we got there I wouldn't recommend this motel to my worse enemy

Boy was I misled by the 3.5 rating as of July 2015! This place is a D-U-M-P. I've stayed in plenty of "budget" motels and know not to expect much, but this place was the worst. From the front desk playing switch-a-roo on the room type, to the dirty disgusting carpets, food-stained upholstery on chairs, multiple unpainted patch-jobs on walls, to the spiders and ants in the bathroom, this place barely warranted one star. Don't be fooled by the well-painted retro sign out front. I don't believe for a minute this is the #2 place to stay in Longview. Wished I'd paid the bucks and stayed somewhere less disgusting.

our first room did not have heating, so the personel moved us to the next door room, we wer happy with the move. the room was clean and accomidating we will definately stay here again due to the clean rooms and the help from the front desk
