If you are only looking for a place to sleep, then this ticks the box. Basic, no frills, breakfast was adequate with nice coffee. Location is pretty good. Some nice bars at opposite end of the street.

Hotêl de très bonne facture, excellent rapport qualité prix, nous y avons passé une nuit très agréable.

Des corridors avec de la peinture écaillée, ouf, c'est déprimant

Accueil sympathique et petit déjeuner correct. Inconvénient principal: la mauvaise insonorisation d'une chambre à l'autre! Le son de la télé de la chambre voisine était bien trop perceptible depuis la nôtre, de même que le vibreur et la musique du réveil du voisin à 4h40 !!! Nous nous sommes crus un moment dans la même chambre!

Nice place to stay in Nantes. Few minutes walk from the center, quiet and compact hotel. Breakfast includes hot drinks from coffee machine, tastiest crouassont and yogurt. There's a parking place for 5€\24h. hospitable and pleasant reception staff. Propre, fonctionnel et calme, tres bien. Petit bemol : sans rideau de douche on met l'eau un peu partout dans la sdb.

The reception is closed at daft hours and there is no way to gain access to the building and sit in the waiting area without someone there to open the door. Makes things very difficult! Underwhelming rooms, underwhelming bathrooms, but the receptionists, once you do meet them, are very friendly. Okay on a budget.
