The views and the convenience to certain places was good

I had a vehicle and I parked it in the hotels underground parking just after 9pm on the 30th of may, when I checked out the following day my car had a scrap and a dent in it, I’m extremely unhappy about it because we could’ve been called to move the vehicle if it was in the way instead it was knocked without saying anything by a hotel vehicle (Mercedes vito), the breakfast also didn’t have much options very disappointing

The family room too small , no wardrobes, didnt like the location

Staffs are the best thing and the room is always clean

Breakfast mostly cooled off too much. I missed nuts and seeds

I spent the whole of January in this wonderful hotel. The room is very modern, bright and spacious. The bed is very good, the mattress does not bend, it is moderately hard. The pillows are just as good. The hotel is located right in the center of Cape Town. The best place. And very very safe. You can absolutely not worry about this. Yes, sometimes it was a little noisy outside at night, from the street. I always kept the window open ,because I like fresh air. But it didn't bother me in any way. And what is very important for me is the excellent soundproofing of the rooms. I didn't hear anyone from the neighboring rooms during this time. And by the way, the room was opposite the elevator. I didn't hear the elevator.A good breakfast every morning in the beautiful restaurant on the second floor. And now the most important thing. These are the people and the attitude towards you ! All the staff are very wonderful people! I would like to highlight the staff at the reception in different shifts. They are very friendly and open-hearted people ,who are always happy to see you and try to help you. You won't be alone here. It's like being at home. I would also like to thank the staff ,who clean the rooms. They are also very responsible and kind people. Thank you to the manager, Sonia ! It's clear ,that a team is working here, and this is thanks to the management. This is very important, and it's not always the case. Every day, Ubuntu !
