Rebak Island Resort & Marina, Langkawi

Une île privée avec de belles plages, une marina, un jardin sublime avec des singes et des oiseaux magnifiques tel est l’hôtel reback island. Le personnel est toujours gracieux et le petit déjeuner très bien. Il y a quand même deux petits défauts : les bateaux pour aller en ville ne sont pas assez nombreux le soir et l’hôtel aurait besoin de modernisation mais on s’y sent bien quand même

Great place to stay! The staff are extremely nice and accommodating, the views are great and the beachs are beautiful and not crowded. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to get away for a relaxing stay.

Je recommande cet hôtel. Personnel très accueillant et professionnel, buffet du PDJ varié, de très bonne qualité et avec un grand choix, chambre charmante quoique un peu désuète mais cela fait son charme. Nous avons dîné en grande partie sur les marchés de nuit de Langkawi (un différent chaque jour de la semaine). Comme l’hôtel est sur une île privée, nous prenions la navette bateau gratuite de l’hôtel (7mn en bateau). Nous avons dîné un soir à l’hôtel avec une formule buffet barbecue et nous avons été impressionnés par la qualité des mets. Chaque soir, animation musicale au bar de plage avec une chanteuse et un guitariste de très bon niveau. Des navettes électriques sont à disposition pour nous rendre au bateau mais très rapide à pied (5mn à pied). Seul petit bémol : les avions passent au dessus de l’île mais ce n’est pas gênant

Unfortunately we spent the last night of our honeymoon. Months ago and several times, they told us if we arrived later than the scheduled boat they would come get us within 30 mins. We sent a WhatsApp saying we were 5 mins late, not only the boat didn’t wait, they also took very long to send another boat and we had to send several messages even call the hotel to arrange it. We basically only had that afternoon to enjoy the hotel since we were checking out at 7am. We arrived to the pier at 14:35 (5 minutes late due to ferry delays), we arrived to the hotel close to 4pm, basically lost a lot of hours there due to inefficiencies. Spa, ATV, kayak had to be reserved the day before and we were not informed so we couldnt take advantage of it. We took a walk around the amenities and there was trash on the ground. Upon arrival we found an old looking hotel and rooms. We asked for a complimentary romantic dinner to make up for the bad experience and they neglected. Considering its a private island and you have to eat there, the restaurants offered less than average options only both for dinner and breakfast. I don’t recommend you stay here, not worth the money, for much less you can stay at better places. And if you are short on time, much less because they will not cooperate

We have stayed in hundreds of hotels and resorts all over the world. We were here as a couple for 9 nights. Picked the resort for the beautiful setting. We had high expectations due to the private island. We thought this was the place for tranquility and peace and quiet. We were totally wrong. This resort is in the end not suitable for families with children, nor for couples. Not for elderly, There are always loud music or families with children around. The gardeners are also constantly cutting grass, blowing leaves and sand. It’s a constant high annoying sound level all over. On top of this there is an airport not far away. All the planes are lifting and landing over Rebak Island. Everynight at 7 pm the music from a live band starts. The music can be heard right into the bedroom. The adult pool is located behind the children's pool meaning that the adults have to give up the view from the infinity pool. Sun loungers and bar have been placed so they are blocking the sea view. Pool towels are not clean. Stains. The staff generally did not maintain as high service level as we are used to in Malaysia. Not as nice and caring treatment as in other hotels. Apart from a breakfast buffet that felt stingy, using the coffee machine cost 11 MYR The trays weren’t refilled properly. Restaurant poor and costly. No value. We are very disappointed with our stay. Go somewhere else!

Amazing place!

Very relaxing, friendly staff, relaxing with spacious accommodation. Setting was gorgeous. The resort was a little tired and needed some serious investment. Motor boar service to the main island was excellent.

住宿的經驗總體是很棒，是渡假村沒錯，特別要提出的是，環境是世外桃源的清靜，遠離塵囂的好地方，更特別的是進出渡假村一定要透過渡假村提供的接駁快艇，還算方便。值得推薦的一間渡假酒店！
