La personne qui m'a donnée ma clef de chambre à l'accueil est revenue frapper à ma porte de chambre 30 ' après, pour m'intimer l'ordre de changer de chambre car elle s'était trompée de numéro. Elle s'est excusée mais je n'ai pas eu le choix, elle m'a même pris ma valise sans mon accord pour la déplacer dans l'autre chambre.

Lovely hotel. A party next door to the hotel between 00:00 and 03:00 was annoying but the staff were most apologetic and it wasn't the hotel's fault .

Staff was friendly, room was sufficiently clean and spacious. Bar/nightclub outside our window was loud until nearly 4am. Additionally, lots of construction around hotel added to noise level in the morning.

"Hotel mitten im Zentrum "

Das Hotel liegt super zentral in Rouen. Qualitativ nichts Besonderes aber für den Preis absolut in Ordnung und wer ein Hotel primär zum Schlafen sucht ist hier genau richtig. Sehr freundliches Personal, saubere und ausreichend große Zimmer. Ein bisschen hellhörig....
