Our stay at Joia El Mirador by Iberostar was simply outstanding. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and valued. We were delighted to receive a complimentary room upgrade, which made our holiday even more special. The private area access was exceptional, offering a peaceful, exclusive atmosphere and an extra level of comfort that truly elevated our experience. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, spotless, and equipped with everything we could need. Every member of the staff was professional, attentive, and genuinely friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The facilities, service, cleanliness, and overall ambiance exceeded our expectations in every way. This was one of the finest hotel experiences we have ever had, and we cannot wait to return.

El hotel es espectacular, desde las habitaciones, los comedores y restaurantes, hasta las instalaciones. La piscina es alucinante y el agua calentita. Buen acceso directo a la playa, y cerca de muchas tiendas, restaurantes y bares a pie. Los empleados del hotel con como una gran familia, siempre atentos y serviciales. Nos sentimos como en casa.

Main swimming pool too warm at 27 degrees, no way to cool down when sunbathing !

The staff were helpful & friendly Breakfast was excellent The rooms were dark and over furnished Not all had sun beds but ours did Liked the garden s and look Socaristas were excellent and helpful

Housekeeping was random and poor Had to ask for tea and coffee replenishments and water Regularly
