"Lovely stay and would definitely recommend for those seeking a dose of relaxed luxury."

The staff were super helpful and engaging. They helped us book a round of golf at a nearby course and also spa treatments at the same course. The setting of the hotel is amazing and super close to playa del duque which is a really nice beach. The room was great (junior suite with sea view), everywhere was very clean and orderly. Lots of choice at the buffet and great drinks on the menu. Little touches like the concierge bringing your car to the main entrance whenever you need it was really useful and luxurious. The hotel is also good value for things like drinks / food / spa etc.

The buffet we liked and was very extensive with lots of options for meat eaters (me) but fewer interesting options for vegetarians (girlfriend). We would have tried one of the other restaurants on site for a finer dining experience but the menu’s there lacked decent options for vegetarians too.

Everything was amazing. Stunning location. Some of the friendliest and most helpful staff of any hotel we have stayed. Super attentive and go above and beyond (including providing a little birthday spread with cake, chocolates and cava for my birthday). Beautiful gym overlooking the ocean. Large room with all amenities you could think of. Phenomenal breakfast spread. Possibly the first time in a hotel we have ever looked forward to breakfast. Great spa facilities with huge variety of treatments.

Not a complaint as such but the restaurant we wanted to eat in was closed for holidays, so we missed out.

die Zimmer sind etwas ins Alter gekommen. Für den Preis sollte einmal etwas gemacht werden.

es war alles toll, insbesondere das Personal und das Essen. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön, an der ein oder anderen Stelle sicherlich etwas verbesserungsfähig (Wasserdruck im Bad). Aber alles in allem wirklich sehr gut!

Der Fitnessbereich ist relativ überschaubar, es gab lediglich eine Hantelbank, ansonsten Laufbänder und einen Multiturm, aber auch dies ist jammern auf hohem Niveau.

"Fabulous holiday in a luxury hotel with all the qualities you would expect in terms of service and facilities"

Luxurious, courteous helpful staff in a great location.

The demographic was particularly ‘older’ maybe inevitable in an adults only hotel in November. Food was decent with the exception of the evening buffet which we felt had a good choice but average quality.
