WOW!! The most comfortable beds we have slept on in a while. The ENTIRE staff was very personable, friendly, professional, and engaging. One day it was raining and they provided long black umbrellas for our short walk into town. The location of the hotel is close to the sea port, restaurants, pubs, etc. Uber is very available. Breakfast is included and there is a variety of items but not many hot dishes. The breads are delicious. Many rooms are unique and somewhat of a boutique style. Only wish other hotels would be this AMAZING!!

The Staff and I mean EVERYONE at this hotel was very professional, friendly, and engaging throughout our stay. I/we have never been treated by an entire staff as well as we were at the Hotel Haven....It was also walking distance to many things we wanted to do....plus the day it was raining, they had umbrellas for us to use...WOW...First class....plus the beds were very comfortable!!!
