Was what I expected

Light bulb in RM 235 needs to be changed. Wall paper in corner of room peeling away from the wall. Lamp fixtures are loose and need to be tighten up. Everything else seems to be good.

Old location, musty smell in room, says they are getting renewed later this year. Breakfast was good, just older hotel that hasn’t been updated in 15yrs

Very nice breakfast with clean room.

My toilet got clogged. The bight clerk handed me a plunger. The plunger broke THEN he gave me a new room. In the morning, the manager comped my room.

No double queen beds available like we had booked. Pull-out single person couch, minimal bedding available… room smelled like mildew/old wet clothes. We were exhausted from 12 hour drive- so complaining at the time seemed unnecessary- left in am asap.

Awesome staff, convieniently located near dining options.

Safe area and great breakfast

Of the options in Columbia, I would never stay here again. I am here frequently for work, but had not been at the establishment. It did not feel clean. Beds were not that comfortable. Front desk staff was not equipped. The gym was small and did not have many options. TVs aren’t ‘smart’ and there’s no TV guide and remotes barely work.
