"Great stay in Laramie."

Stay was very nice, staff were very attentive to all needs very conscientious. The room was great with two separate areas, 2 TVs, a nice size refrigerator, and a nice king bed.

Our day was nice. The breakfast in the morning was the best I’ve ever had with so many things to choose from for a “breakfast included” place. The beds were a little small. They were doubles, not queens, which was a little bit small for us. The hotel was priced right and were pet friendly also and that was good for us.

"Bad"

The manager of this hotel is a scammer. They are stealing money. We booked the hotel on Booking.com and paid in advance. When we arrived at the hotel, they said they couldn’t see our reservation. We waited for two hours while they kept lying, saying they didn’t see the booking. But I had the booking number and confirmation PIN. My children were tired, and we were exhausted from waiting. We asked if there were any available rooms, and they said yes. So I paid for a room again with my own card. All that time, they kept lying that they couldn't see our Booking reservation. That’s why I had to rent a new room for $180. But the next day, they charged my card again for another $180. When I asked the manager what was going on, she said that the charge came from Booking, and she didn’t seem to care that the original Booking reservation was for $150. They charged my card a second time for $180. They promised to refund the money. But a few days later, when we called to ask when we would get the refund, they said they were not going to return the money.
