"Exceptional"

The bed was amazing, so comfy. The staff were really friendly and made sure everyone felt relaxed and welcome. The food is exceptional, especially in the level lounge. Amazing stay.

The pool could do with more umbrellas as there aren't enough.

The comfort of the room, the location, the pool and the staff.

I found the price charged for the parking excessive, especially for someone who opted for the premium package. Also the private jacuzzi on the terrace of the premium room is not convenient since it has to be emptied every day since there is not a filter system.

"Mehr Kontrolle beim Housekeeping"

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war toll und der "the Level-Bereich" bot Komfort, Ruhe und Kulinarik.

Leider war es überall dreckig. Im Zimmer durfte man nicht unter das Bett gucken. An der Couch im Zimmer lagen noch abgefallene Pailletten von der Kleidung einer Vorbewohberin. Im Bademantel war ein gebrauchtes Taschtentuch. Im Gym gab es keine Möglichkeit die Geräte nach Benutzung zu desinfizieren. Ich könnte noch weitere Beispiele nennen, es ist wirklich schade, da es ansonsten ein tolles Hotel ist.
