Coco Plum Inn

Schöne Unterkunft typisch im Key West Style. Sehr zentral. Zimmer waren schön eingerichtet und auch sauber. Gerne wieder.

Die Luftfeuchtigkeit war enorm hoch (was normal für key West ist) aber dadurch hatte man bei Bett, Kissen und Decke das Gefühl es wäre alles etwas feucht.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was the two of us and a one night stay. Staff is very caring and wants to be sure you enjoy your stay. Nice breakfast in the morning made to order. Definitely will stay again!

I have nothing to complain about.

It was clean and room was an ok size, we weren’t there that much anyway. Staff was great! Great location!

Uroczy hotel w świetnej lokalizacji. Wygodne łóżko, pokój czysty. Miły i pomocny personel. Strefa basenowa miła i przytulna. Dostępny filtr z wodą oraz lód. Wszędzie na wyspie blisko. Śniadanie ok (każdego dnia jedno danie lub alternatywna owsianka), kucharz w świetnym humorze śpiewająco szykował śniadanie.

Unfortunately, our experience at the Coco Plum Inn was completely overshadowed by the behavior of the woman managing the property. While we were quietly enjoying the pool area, she approached our friends and, without even addressing us directly, asked, “Are your friends registered guests?” When I responded, “Yes, we are,” she continued speaking to our friends instead of to me and asked, “What room are your friends staying in?” I answered “7,” and she questioned it again in an accusatory tone. I explained that she had literally seen me earlier that morning outside my room when she had gone to the attic, and she responded, “I’m just making sure because these two have been causing trouble.” At no point were we breaking rules, being disruptive, or doing anything inappropriate — we were simply trying to enjoy the facilities we paid a significant amount to use. The entire interaction felt rude, hostile, and unnecessarily humiliating. Instead of feeling welcomed as paying guests, we were treated like criminals. Customer service and basic respect were completely lacking, and it left a very negative impression of the property.

Nothing. Terrible management. I’m never staying here again. The racist manager ruined my entire stay. I’ve never been treated that way. Cursed at. Threatened. Unwelcomed.

TERRIBLE MANAGER. Never staying here again. I’d rather give my money to a location that hires professionals.
