Me gustó el hotel, se ve bien se ve limpio, está en buena zona, pero lo que no me gustó fue la limpieza de la cama, las sábanas muy gastadas y la primera habitación que me dieron estaba sucia, tenía un poco de tierra y las sábanas muy percudidas.

Pésimo. La información de internet es falsa. No tienen cable ni restaurante, obvio mucho menos el desayuno. Hay cucarachas en las habitaciones, cabellos en la regadera y las toallas rotas. El estacionamiento sale carísimo. Y al pedir mi reembolso después de dos horas de fatales sorpresas no me regresaron ni un peso. ¡Son unos rateros! Odio Puebla

I stayed here twice and had a good experience both times. The reception and cleaning staff are wonderful and you can't beat the central location.
