hotel chaleureux avec plusieurs défaut dans la chambre ( petit frigo pour une chambre 6 personnes, pas de four, espace confiné pour 6 personne, hotte de cuisine sans lumière et dans la chambre pas de plafonnier seulement lumière lampadaire, niveau hygiène trace de doigt sur les vitre et poussière ressentie ) sinon hotel chaleureux avec jacuzzi et sauna avec piscine et super la salle de jeux. tres accessible. commerce a proximité appartement calme

Spent a week there with our dog. Location is extremely nice. On the positive side: there is free wifi everywhere, apartment size is enough, and there is a nice swimming pool and hot-tube. On the negative side: cleaning is rather bad, so we had to do it by ourselves. Also, equipment is very poor. Overall, however, the apartment was nice and staff very firendly. Very likely we will go there again

Even the first day we had to evacuate the pool and the hotel with an issue with the jacuzzi (Clorhidric), the mange of the emergency was correct and for us the employees and other guest help us a lot to understand what was going on (we are non-french speakers). The rooms are wide and clean, the equipment is good (bigger pots will be advisable) and the beds are comfortable.

Appartement très spacieux et très bien equipé. Décoration très sympa. Hôtel bien situé avec belle vue et toutes les comodités et services proposés appréciables. Personnel très sympathique. A renouveler sans hésiter

Chambre hyper mal isolée, c'est bien simple on entend tout ce qu'il se passe dans toutes les chambre de l'étage. Et en plus ils autorisent les chiens ... Literie préhistorique. Hotel bien placé, par contre si vous comptez dormir, ça va être compliqué. Piscine chauffée oui, mais tellement froide que personne n'ose y aller.

Booked a room with 1 double + sofabed for 3 adults. Got 2 single beds on a mezzanine area + sofa bed. Dishwasher missing, no tea/coffee maker, no toaster. Hairdryer/shaver missing just wires stuck in a hole in the wall. Shower head broken. . Asked to be moved to a better one. Only option available was another identical apartment with a broken sofa bed and broken toilet seat. No kettle so had to boil water in a saucepan. Floor could have been cleaner. Eventually given both rooms to use as nothing else available apparently. Not ideal but an acceptable compromise I suppose. Not impressed with standard of accommodation. Did they think we wouldn't notice? Had stayed here last year in larger apartment (5 adults) which was very good. Seems to have gone downhill.

We stood there 2 nights (2 adults and 2 children). The room was clean, breakfast ok. The staff very friendly and helpful.The view from the room was great, over the mountains. The pool and the hot tub were a plus for the kids. Ski and sleigh resorts are at 10min drive. The only bad thing (minor) was the heat in the appart, especially on the floor with the beds. Even though we were able to manage the heat on the ground floor, upstairs it was very difficult to fall asleep.

We only spent one night in the apartment, for Easter. We warn that we were arriving a bit late, but very efficiently they telephoned us to tell us that we would had the room card at the reception (when we arrived it was already closed), in a very acceptable Spanish. The apartment was well equipped : microwave, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, coffee machine, toaster... although on the loft there was not enough light to read in bed and the sofa bed was very uncomfortable. The shower, putting hot water, made ​​lots of noise. We had to leave the apartment before 10 am, and we had to wash all the dishes and put them in place, remove all trash to the container and put all the sheets and towels in the bathtub (only a sign in English and Spanish indicated all these instructions). The WiFi connection was pretty bad: on the second floor (room 208) we were only able to connect with our computer, and only in a corridor on the ground floor with my mobile. But the worst part of the apartment, no doubt, was the terrible heat. The heating radiator was off but the temperature was very high, probably because of the heat that flowed from the heated pool and sauna (besides the stairs smelled much chlorine). We could not sleep well and the next day I had a fever...

Excellent accommodation. Apartment was very spacious with everything you needed. Beds comfortable. Pool and jacuzzi were perfect after a days skiing.Free bus to ski resort right outside the apartments. Perfect.
