Villas D. Dinis Charming Residence - Adults Only

Location!!! This is probably the closest hotel to the cliff walk area that everyone wants to see. It’s unique in its layout. A little funky but good. We enjoyed our stay and recommend this hotel.

The property was a little oasis very close to the beach & not far out of town. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The numerous pools were easily accessible & super clean. Check in was a breeze & the staff were very helpful & friendly. The breakfast was best I've had in a very long time.

Room was spacious and lovely. Breakfast was delicious every day.

Beautiful plants are all around the units & pool. Staff was very nice. Room was nice but had a musty spell which did not go away with the windows open. Breakfast was great.

Great property and great breakfast! The only recommendation for improvement would be to change the room lock systems, they are a hazard if ever there was a fire. To lock the door from the inside you need the key so if my wife wants to go for breakfast and I want to sleep in, she locks the door on her way out and I am locked in without a key, so in case of fire, I need to jump from the balcony or window cause I can’t unlock the door!

Out of all the hotels we stayed at they had the best breakfast, bigger rooms, romantic area, nice patio, I highly recommend this place to all traveler's. They were better than the ritsy four star hotels we stayed at.

Very nice gardens and pool areas. Breakfast was good. Had a Jr. Suite and the room was very spacious and well decorated. We were very comfortable. Internet was good . Tv selections were also very good. It is a bit of a hike to get places but there are many good restaurants within an easy walk. Public transportation also helps to get around. Definitely a place to consider.

This property was very nice. I would definitely stay there again. And would definitely recommend this property to my family and friends. Maybe the only negative MIGHT be the location is a bit inconvenient but with the cost and ease of Uber or Bolt this might be nick picky.

It is a lovely place but the shower is just too small and leaking water soaking the bathroom floor. The shower door hit my thumb bloody too. If they can improve this, it is definitely a 5.
