Grand Hotel Masseria Santa Lucia

Grandi spazi, giardini curati, piscina meravigliosa, colazione buona, personale molto gentile e preparato.

In bagno non c’era dotazione di cuffia per la doccia, cotton fioc, limetta unghie, crema corpo (di solito anche nei 3 stelle sono dotazioni essenziali). Soltanto sapone e shampoo. C’era il bollitore e il tè ma non c’erano le tazze, soltanto bicchieri in vetro che per tutta la durata del soggiorno non sono mai stati cambiati anche se utilizzati.

Le personnel est à l’ecoute , bon emplacement , les equipements sont tres bien

Il n’y a pas de volets ni rideau dans les chambres donc le reveil s’est fait a 6h du matin …

Lindo lugar, sin playa.

Los patios no estaban limpios, la habitación no se limpiaba correctamente. Si no tenes auto olvídate sos un esclavo del lugar. Si tenes chicos NO VAYAS. Es un geriátrico de medio lujo. No es recomendable para nada.

Un certain charme du parc Jusqu’a la mer.

Complexe touristique énorme un peu désuet.

Der Pool ganz toll,auch die Zimmer und freundliches Personal am Empfang. Leider nicht in der Bar.ich wurde ignoriert, ich saß draußen und wusste nicht dass man selbst an der Bar bestellen muss,als ich freundliches die Kellnerin begrüßte ,die gerade am nebentisch bediente,schaute sie mich an und das wars.sie ging weg und ich saß da.kein Wort, das ich bitte reinkommen muss und bei ihr am Tresen bestellen muss.nun gut.due 2 aperol spritz haben wir woanders getrunken.

Das,wie oben erwähnt,und noch ein paar Dinge. Fazit 4 Sterne Nein!! Keine kleenextücher für Frauen zum abschminken Keine hausschuhe, Strand geschlossen. Öffnet am 15.juni.!!! Und das hotel hat seinen Preis, ich kenne viele hotels Mit 4 und 5 Sternen,dass war nicht das beste. Und Küche auch nicht empfehlenswert.
