Great hotel perfectly situated for the airport and exploring Biarritz. The accommodation is beautiful and well maintained with great staff. Our only gripe is that the in room facilities lack a few complimentary extras. For example bottled water attracts a mini bar charge. There is no coffee machine. Given the room rate this is surprising . These are small touches that are absent. In truth this is a little pedantic. Overall I would recommend it.
A quiet, family run hotel away from the Centre but close enough to visit most areas and attractions. We went to Spain which is only a 40 minute drive. The staff were extremely attentive and the whole environment was relaxing.
Excellent staff and service, very nice building, wonderful 25m pool! Not within walking distance of city centre and beaches. Since there is only a poor taxi service at night, we had to walk 30 min back at 1.00 am up the hill.
The hotel is very quiet (just 8 rooms). Staff is very friendly and attentive. has a nice comfortable champagne bar and nice swimming pool! There is no restaurant, but room service exists and serves some good starters. highly recommend!
Best hotel I have ever been to staff were excellent, facilities were great even for the kids we were made to feel so welcome they even cleaned our window screen without telling us in preparation for the next phase of our journey I would recommend this hotel to any one I can't wait to return next year and try some more of the fine foods and champagnes they have to offer.
