Radisson Hotel, Lagos Ikeja

There was renovation work underway with very little regard for health and or safety. The swimming pool was very dirty and the edges slippery. Staff were helpful and polite. Walls and ceiling required a lick of paint for a hotel of its supposed class and previous repair work visible as the structure was poorly finished. Evening entertainment in the hotel inadequate week days.

The hotel is ok. Gym is good despite the flintstones era equipment. Buffet could have better variety. The pool was empty due to renovations. Public areas are looking nice. Rooms dated. Samuel driver was super friendly. Wished the front desk staff was as chirpy and friendly as him.

Made a stop over in the hotel for a meeting in lagos. I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable and welcoming the hotel was... The food for the price did not justify cost in my opinion. However it was great there where several places close but that offered a competitive rate...

this being my first trip to Nigeria ever it was most important that the place is safe, conveniently located and 24.7. service. All these criteria were met and outperformed. the staff did more than necessary at all times to accomodate the guest, always with a smile. The bar staff was always ready to assist and read the customers wish. The meal selection was ideal and nothing was missing. The room was a little noisy due to being located at the side of hotel next to a main road. expect hooting sounds.

I have not seen a hotel where u pay $152 a night and water is switched off for whatever reason! U couldn't use the toilet. u couldn't wash ur hands. You couldn't take a bath. This was the case for upwards of 4hrs. It would have been ok if alternative measures were put in place to ameliorate the awful situation. This is unacceptable and I won't recommend this dump for anyone! The Radisson name surely is not in force here!

I was checked into a standard room with roof top view instead of superior room pool view I saw and paid for on the internet
