"Technical issues made this less than ideal"

Comfortable room, good breakfast buffet

Air conditioning didn't really work properly, and the fridge in our first room didn't work. We were moved to another, newly-refurbished, room by the very helpful reception staff, but the fridge didn't work properly there either. It felt like quite a lot of the technical side of things was not properly maintained.
