Sistemazione molto pulita e comoda per raggiungere la spiaggia. Anche il centro è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi con 10 minuti di camminata. Colazione molta buona e varia sia salata che dolce

La piscina purtroppo è molto limitata in particolare permette solo un odromassaggio

Ottima posizione vicino al mare e centro città. Staff cordiale e professionale. Vicino al hotel c’è parcheggio a 5€ al giorno. Ottime brioche.

Staff - the receptionist tried to scam me with the parking ticket. He offered me "special" price with hotel parking ticket valid at the public parking for "special" price 10€ per night. But at the public parking is price at the table 5€ per night. My girlfriend had an event in the hotel in neighbourhood Melograni, they gave her the similar parking ticket for free. Shame on you.

Lovely hotel and staff. Good clean rooms and facilities. Great breakfast.

What happened was crazy, something I never imagined could happen. It seems that, after 40 years of traveling around the globe, I had to arrive at the "White Hotel in Vieste" to discover that a property can rudely kick you out, after you've already paid, insulting you for booking through Booking.com! And I won't deny, that we were afraid of the owners and the hotel manager, as well as for our safety (it felt like we were in a mafia movie). They told us, exact words: "These people booked through Booking.com... what do they want?... Kick them out, I don't want to see them ... Go away, we're bad guys... Go back to your homes." All this happened after we simply pointed out that there was no soap (both in the bathroom and in the shower) and a lot of dust on the floor. Quanto accaduto è qualcosa di assurdo, che mai avrei pensato potesse succedere, ma evidentemente dopo 40 anni di viaggi in tutte le parti del mondo, dovevo arrivare al “White hotel di Vieste” per scoprire che un hotel ti può cacciare in malo modo, dopo che avevi già pagato, insultandoti per aver prenotato tramite Booking! E non vi nascondo che abbiamo anche avuto paura dei proprietari e del responsabile dell’hotel, nonché per la nostra incolumità (sembrava di essere in un film di mafia). Ci hanno detto, testuali parole: “Ma questi hanno prenotato con Booking … cosa vogliono? … buttali fuori, non li voglio vedere … andate via, che noi siamo cattivi … tornatevene a casa vostra”. Tutto ciò è nato semplicemente perché avevamo fatto notare che (sia nel bagno, sia in doccia) non c’era il sapone e per terra c’era molta polvere.

The staff and owners were rude, aggressive, and unfair. The room was not clean. There was no soap in the bathroom or shower. The bathroom sink was clogged. The chairs and table on the balcony were broken. The pool is about 50 cm deep and you can't swim. The hot tub didn't work properly. They don't have a proper parking lot for guests, but you're directed to the large public parking lot. If you want to have your car parked at the back of the property, you'll be charged €20 per day. Il personale e i proprietari sono scortesi, aggressivi e scorretti. La camera non era pulita. Non c'era sapone né in bagno né nella doccia. Il lavandino del bagno era intasato. Le sedie e il tavolo sul balcone erano rotti. La piscina è profonda circa 50 cm e non è possibile nuotare. La vasca idromassaggio non funzionava correttamente. Non dispongono di un parcheggio privato per gli ospiti, ma si è indirizzati al grande parcheggio pubblico. Se si desidera parcheggiare l'auto sul retro della proprietà, viene addebitato un costo di 20 € al giorno.
