Its proximity to the tram station and having a fully equipped kitchen in the room was a big bonus.

Just be aware that there’s a bar next to the hotel and it could be noisy when patrons are leaving!

We stayed there for three nights, and everything was perfect. The breakfast was also very good. It's a great place to stay for a few days in Bordeaux.

It was alright

The day staff in specific a male staff was horrible felt he was racist to the 4 of us staying there i reported this to the manager at the facility the rest were good especially the evening male staff at the reception on 8th The experience checking out my partner requested an extension as his flight disrupted, and they didn't even offer any help left him to look for another accommodation Overall, I will not book this accommodation will not recommend this to friends and family They also did not replace towels tissues and showering soap even when requested for salt when supermarkets were closed on the Sunday the same make day staff at the reception was rude gave us only 1 sachet They also need to clean their windows opening the curtains was an eye sore
