L’état des parties communes : couloirs, ascenseurs (odeur de cigarette) L’état de la chambre : cuisine avec des morceaux de verres éclatés sur le plan de travail, la mauvaise odeur du studio. L’état général de l hôtel et du studio laissait à désirer.
