Exelente lugar muy limpio y muy espacioso me super encanto

Breakfast was ok would have liked more of a variety. Wifi was very very slow or not even there at all sometimes.

Wifi was very slow and could have been faster especially in the rooms where there was sometimes no wifi. Breakfast was not great more options would have been great or just different options every day

The beds were comfortable and the good A/C was everything in this hot area. We had no issues with wifi on our ground floor room and the rooftop pool area was very nice and a great place to relax in the afternoon with a sun shade over the pool. Breakfast was fine. The wristband to return after hours is a little annoying only because it's like a concert wristband and I nearly ripped it off out of habit every evening.

Staff was kind and professional ! the breakfast was okay. The rooms are fresh and the bed comfortable. There is an AC AND a fan in the room. The reception makes you wear a bracelet so the security guard can identify the guests and it made us feel a bit safer. The staff are also very helpful if you need a spoon, you need to take the bus or the AC doesn't work anymore even if you need a nail appointment they have an answer to everything ! thank you so much.

A lot of restaurants and shops in Quepos are closed on sundays. So having an option to borrow forks or knife (to cut fruits) and even plates ( and maybe a microwave?) would have helped us preparing our sunday meals better.

The pool was amazing

The rooms were dark

We stayed at room 309, the staff was very friendly, the breakfast was great, the location is good, very quiet and safe; however we found 2 cockroaches in our bedroom, and another thing that I want to mention is that the bathroom is too small, when you use the toilet you barely fit. But in general Ok.

There was no hot water not shampoo provided as per hotel policy. Only one thin worn towel provided. I asked staff for a hand towel and one would have thought I asked for the moon. Staff was not friendly or helpful. I would definitely stay elsewhere.
