Clean, good location

Super fast check in, key was in envelope on magnet board next to the entry door. Bed had firm mattress.

This place is advertised as " boutique accommodation ". 1. No human contact with check in 2. Communal kitchen and living area... this is a hostel 3. Very small rooms 4. No bar fridge in room 5. Shared balcony, people were walking in front of our room 6. Carton walls, we were close to the communal kitchen and could hear every move there 7. Toiletrolder in bathroom was broken 8. Toilet seat not fitting properly 9. Showerhead dropping down 10. Outdated and dirty furniture This is seriously overpriced. The owner is more interested in collecting money rather than making this experience a little more special. Would not recommend.

Location was great, lots of space, very comfortable with great views from the terrace

Nothing really, it was fine, but it would have been even better if there had been an awning or brolly to use on the Terrace ( it was in full sun) and perhaps a safe to use

This was a lovely haven of tranquility, yet within strolling distance of lovely Wanaka. Everything was clean, and the joint balcony area was perfect. Extra facilities abound this property like hot tub and beautiful gardens, which obviously used to be a hostel.

Pleasant garden with outside furniture. Easy walk down to the lake and restaurants.

No staff on site. Small room. No fridge in room, although there was a large communal fridge in the large kitchen. Wifi code and information on Wanaka supposed to be on the bed but wasn't, had to get the wifi code from another guest. We later found the code and information in a drawer. Felt like a backpackers
