Chambre spacieuse, toilette et salle de bain propres, coin cuisine bien équipé.

j'ai trouvé que les murs de l'appartement avaient l'air sales, je ne sais pas si c'est un style de décoration, mais avec la lumière tamisée de la chambre, on ne peut pas bien voir si c'est de la saleté ou autre chose, mais ça donne l'impression d'être vieux et sales. En plus, j'ai trouvé que les rambardes des balcons sont trop basses, il serait raisonnable de les remonter pour la sécurité des personnes.

This is my third stay at this property, and unfortunately it will also be my last. I am writing to share my feedback in the hope that it may help them improve their service and avoid similar experiences for future guests. Upon arriving in my room, I took a shower and noticed that the shower head was broken, causing the entire bathroom floor to be flooded. After cleaning the floor, I attempted to dry my hair, only to find that the hairdryer was also not working. I then wanted to contact reception, but there was no telephone in the room. This is a serious safety concern, as in the event of an emergency I would be unable to reach reception without physically going downstairs. I went to the reception desk to report the issues with the shower head and hairdryer. I was told that I should inform you in the morning. While the receptionist kindly allowed me to use another room to dry my hair—thanks for that—I would have expected better internal communication and a more immediate solution. Another major disappointment was the very loud noise coming from the ground floor late at night, where a group of people were watching a football match. As I am on a business trip and needed to wake up at 6:00 a.m., this noise made it impossible for me to sleep. İt is now 22:35 and people are still screaming and talking out loud at the reception. I wish I could change the hotel tomorrow. I hope they take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements to ensure better customer satisfaction in the future.
